Re: Forgotten link for 'FusionInventory DEPLOY'

Hi,

I'm in a worst situation
I can't upload any package for deployment

Here is config:

GLPI 0.80.5 on Ubuntu server 8.04 x64

FusionInventory SNMP    0.80+1.1

I don't have any Fusioninventory Deploy Tab after plugin fresh install:

Paquet Tab is not appearing anywhere too?

http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/85 … issing.png

I tryed to reinstall all fusioninventory plugin's but i've retriev the same problem.

Can i do something more to fix my problem ?

Ubuntu 8.04.4 LTS X86

Re: Forgotten link for 'FusionInventory DEPLOY'

i am super-admin with my profile.
I also used glpi native account with the same result.

Finally i drop my database and delete "/usr/share/glpi" directory.

Reinstall with the last stable version of GLPI "glpi-0.80.61" and fusioninventory-for-glpi-metapackage_0.80_1.1 and had the same result.
The beta version of GLPI "glpi-0.83-RC2" and fusioninventory-for-glpi-metapackage_0.83_1.0-BETA2  doesn't show me any differents.

I just want to enjoy using deploy plugin, i'm so frustated because snmp inventory is now working fine for me even in push mode :-))))

I hadn't found any other old version with deploy module.

Can you advise me couple of glpi version and fusioninventory plugin that containing deploy module making the proof please ?

Ubuntu 8.04.4 LTS X86
GLPI version 0.83.4
Fusioninventory agent version 2.2.3-1

Re: Forgotten link for 'FusionInventory DEPLOY'

It's not a problem with super admin, have you see in 'super'admin' profil you have rights for fusioninventory deploy module ?

Re: Forgotten link for 'FusionInventory DEPLOY'

super admin profil is correct in my fresh install , see details:

Gestion des droits Déploiement FusionInventory :
Gestion des paquets : ecriture        Statut des déploiements :    ecriture

I retried fusioninventory plugins install many times and don't think i'm missing something.

I don't believe  i'm the only one that met this problem.

TECLIB' don't provide any detail in their website about installation just about usage.

Maybe Someone can provide me another version of this plugin ?

For the moment i'm using "Déploiement FusionInventory  version 0.80+1.1" and it just doesn't work for me.

Ubuntu 8.04.4 LTS X86
GLPI version 0.83.4
Fusioninventory agent version 2.2.3-1

Re: Forgotten link for 'FusionInventory DEPLOY'

thanks to your precious help Mister Durieux and Goneri

Before reinstall i was using another super-admin account (an ldap account became su-admin) , now i use the local glpi super-admin account.

My rights on the plugins file directory are recursively maximal (0777) and the owner is www-data:www-data

It seems to be a component missing inside this version of fusininventory deploy module.
Did you possess an older version that can do the trick ?

It is not linked to my problem but i need to mention that yesterday i also reinstall ocs with the new version "Server OCS Inventory NG 2.0.3"
Nevertheless my aim at the moment is to suppress OCSNG and only use GLPI with fusioninventory plugin with package deploy module and licence manager plugin on production server.

Ubuntu 8.04.4 LTS X86
GLPI version 0.83.4
Fusioninventory agent version 2.2.3-1

Re: Forgotten link for 'FusionInventory DEPLOY'

i can call the script by url: .../plugins/fusinvdeploy/front/package.php

But the Paquet Tab is hide in my menu, i only can choose:

"Déploiement FusionInventory" > "Mirroir" or "Tâche de déploiement"
or "ensemble d'ordinateurs"

Maybe it can be fixed by upgrading my php version (PHP 5.2.4)..

I will ensure myself there's no error in access.log

Ubuntu 8.04.4 LTS X86
GLPI version 0.83.4
Fusioninventory agent version 2.2.3-1

Re: Forgotten link for 'FusionInventory DEPLOY'

Do you have some messages in files/_log/php-errors.log and files/_log/sql-errors.log? Is php5-suhosin installed?

Re: Forgotten link for 'FusionInventory DEPLOY'

"/usr/share/glpi/files/_log/php-errors.log" file doesn't contain any error message, just the word "Test"

i don't have "sql-errors.log" anywhere

I just install php5-suhosin and restart apache deamon without any changes.

I'm still embarrassed because i can't reach the "Fusioninventory deploy" section in fusioninventory plugins configuration in

../plugins/fusioninventory/front/configuration.form.php?glpi_tab=1

see print screen:

Re: Forgotten link for 'FusionInventory DEPLOY'

Hi,

I did a fresh install of debian lenny vm with PHP 5.2 (although I doubt that the problem comes from this version of php) and copied/installed glpi v0.80.61 and fusioninventory v0.80+1.1 on this one.
But i can't reproduce your problem.

I had this problem during development, but I had it fixed by updating my profile "super admin" and it should be fixed in this package version.
The display of these missing menu depends on the setting of the deployment part in your profile.
Maybe your profile has not been passed on to the php session. Disconnection and reconnection should update it.

To try to identify the problem, do you have any errors in the apache log ?
Another erros can also be displayed in the javascript console ([F12] in chrome or firefox with firebug).

Re: Forgotten link for 'FusionInventory DEPLOY'

I'm in same situation
It's an update of fusion 0.80+1.0...

I tried to uninstall/reinstall the plugin (I had to "clean" plugins before reinstall), without success.

I can add that if I disable "SNMP" modules, i have this message in the "Modules of Agents" general configuration tab.

PHP Notice: Undefined index: plugin_fusinvsnmp in /var/www/glpi/plugins/fusioninventory/inc/agentmodule.class.php at line 93

Yep, but not to pre-configure the plugin I guess ?! (a local agent 2.2 configured on webserver is needed ?)
