cambio de IP en agentes

Buenas tardes. Tengo varios agentes instalados en varias locaciones pertenecientes a varias empresas. Mi pregunta es si es posible cambiar las IP de estos agentes de manera remota, ya que próximamente cambiare de servidor virtual con una IP distinta, y por lo tanto los agentes seguirán apuntando a la IP con la cual fueron configurados. Agradezco de antemano su ayuda.

you need to change the configuration on the remote server. If agents are under windows, you must edit the configuration in registry, on other systems, you have to edit a configuration file. Of course, services must be restarted. So you need to have an access on that servers of ask local admins to change the conf.

Muchas gracias por tu pronta respuesta. Entiendo entonces que el Cambio de IP en los Agentes solo puede hacerse de manera local y maquina por maquina. Es esto correcto?

You can use deployment system to overwrite data in registry, and wait computers restart (perhaps restart the service is possible with the deployment but not sure it works because it will stop the deployment).
