Problem with Fusioninventory on my server.

Hello there, its been a while since i try to configure the fusion inventory on my server.


What have i done:


Installed in the server:
Ubuntu 10.10 64bits server 2.6.35 -27
GLPI 0.78.3
FusionInventory 2.3.0 Beta3
FusionInventory Agent 2.1.8 rc1

Changed the agent.cfg file with the exact info of my server and i sucesseful run it:

Then if configured IPs.

Then: Search equipments using:

Plage IP -> Administration with Agent -> websever-2011-03-15-14-20-20

We got:

I Imported a switch and a printer.

I then run the inventory SNMP using:

Plage IP -> Administration with Agent -> websever-2011-03-15-14-20-20


And we got:

Nothing in them.
Example: Printer memory = none, printer cartridges=none, mac address.

Can you help?

See in tab "fusinv SNMP" and you must have SNMP model and authentication

Ok, i will try to find the correct snmp for it and in the worst case scenario make one.
One more thing, its hard to find the correct snmp when it doesnt have the comments on it.

I know with previous versions its was commented.

If it's a switch, you can get the sysdescr : snmpwalk -v 2c -c community ip sysdescr
