Silent Install does not contact server

Hello!
I'm trying to install fusion agent 2.3.18 using command line showed below. It seems to work, but, none of the client that I've installed this way contact the server. If I install by GUI everything works fine.

Command line;

fusioninventory-agent_windows-x64_2.3.18.exe /acceptlicense /runnow /server='http://IP/glpi/plugins/fusioninventory/' /S

Any advice?
