[Solved] - Inventory Problem

I'm doing Inventory for some reason there are machines disappearing from the list.

They are with FusionAgent 2.4.1.
I did add firewall open port 62354.

is duplication of serial and name of the machine if you look at the history you will see, I am looking for rule change for this inconvenient, when I have a solution I will publish it.
